The Classic Caviar has a nutty flavor that is smooth and robust. The medium sized, firm pearls have a warm dark color and has been likened to Osetra. The Royal Caviar is harvested from more mature white sturgeon. It is characterized by a larger, firmer bead with an intense rich nutty, buttery flavor and a smooth pop. Hand selected for its beautiful golden tones.
