Tuna Sashimi Recipe
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of Tuna Loin
 - 2 t Real Wasabi Paste (available from Farm 2 Market)
 - Pickled Ginger (widely available)
 - Tamari Soy sauce
 
Preparation:
- Slice tuna into pieces about 2” x 1” x 3”
 - Neatly arrange tuna on a fancy platter, and place Wasabi, Pickled Ginger and Tamari Soy Sauce in seperate bowls.
 - Eat tuna sashimi by dipping fish first in Wasabi and then in soy sauce mixture.
 - Follow with small bites of Pickled Ginger.
 
Can be served with white rice and steamed Asparagus.
