The cooked crabs are then cleaned, and the shells are cracked so the delicious crabmeat is easy to extract. If you prefer the crabs chilled or at room temperature, serve them right out of the box. To reheat, steam for 2-3 minutes. Serve with melted butter and lemon. If you would like your crab not cracked and clean please notify us in the check out section "leave note"
